Need some info, new to GT-Rs

Hi everyone, new to the forum here. I currently have a 1998 ws6 trans am I will be selling right before I move to Montreal, Quebec for schooling. I have the option to buy alot of JDM cars for very cheap, because they don't have all the importation laws like they do in the U.S. so I am considering like an r32 gtr or maybe even an r33. I just have a couple of questions.

1) What are the internals rated to? Would I have to change parts to meet a goal of about...400ish whp

2) I hardly see any videos of awd cars having drag radial tires, I'm thinking of getting mickey thompsons, but I have no idea

3) Getting wider tires would affect the handling would it? What tire size should I go with, I would also like good handling too.

400 is easy, nothing needs to be changed.
