hey everyone.. so earlier today i had an unforunate accident with a curb on my right side. all damage is on the right side.

so far the front t/c rod is broken, broken stabilizer link, front lower arm is dented a little, and possible steering tie rod arm(??i think thats what its' called, the little rod that connects to the brake assembly and turns the wheel, it has a boot attached to it with a metal twist tie.. thats wat's broken on mine) damage.

the steering tie rod arm(??) on the right side i noticed was bent almost 90 degrees, right before the brake assembly, but it was very smooth so i don't think that the impact did it. is it supposed to be like that. as far as the driver's side goes, i took a look and the matching part on that side is a straight arm. so i don't know wat to think.

any input is appreciated, sorry i have no digital camera for pix, i realize that would be real helpful.

Now the back passenger side... well the wheel seems pushed in the bottom, kinda like the opposite of the crazy camber on Japanese drift cars.. cept mine tucks in at the bottom! i believe its called the rear lower arm.. anyway that is dented in a little on the side thats closest to the back bumber.

so any advice on parts i need and how much damage im looking at(financially wise, if i do the labor, but of course need to buy the parts) would be great... THANKS guys and girls!

p.s. are the pieces off a SOHC the same... i have a friends car with the parts, if they are same.(please God, be the same !!)

well, as long as both cars are s13 (89-93) bodies then the parts you listed are interchangeable. some pix of the tie rods would definately be helpful but you can get an idea of the cost without. First if you can grab all these parts from a donor car that would be great for you. If not you can get away fairly cheaply I think. Most of the parts yu listed could be purchased at the junkyard and probably under $200 I would think. New parts would obviously be preferrable but if you do get used parts make sure that anyhting that contains a bushing has a fresh bushing in it most importantly the tension rod bushing since it is silocone filled and prone to leaking. The major thing here is that you definately will need to get an alignment at a reputable shop after performing these repairs. A very rough estimate is that if yu do the labor and use used arts you might be able to keep the total under $300 maybe.....

should i be worried that the car doesn't move? it seems like something is binded and holding the car back, cuz it won't move. i figured the car should at least move, just not in a straight line, but im a little worried now

then you have a problem in the drivetrain. I would guess you jammed the axle into the diff.

Echoing what he said, if you use used parts then you can keep the prices down, otherwise the price is gonna sky rocket.

TRY PRIVATE JUNKYARDS OWNED BY REDNECKS, WHICH DONT KNOW ACTUAL PRICING ON IMPORT PARTS. THEY'RE RARE BUT IF YOU HAVE ONE NEAR, YOURE IN LUCK..

I GOT MY WHOLE REAR END, LOWER FRAME, TIRES, DIFFERENTIAL, EVERYTHING OK, FOR UNDER $300.

DN'T WORRY YOU WILL GET IT FIXED.

oh crap, i just realized, sorry for the caps.
