Need some help

Hey,

I recently got a '89n s13 fastback. I was going to install my deck today and ran into some problems. The 1st problem being that there are 2 red wires with black strip and 2 blue wires. Now, I know that there are only supposed to be 1 of each, so can someone help me out on this one? The previous owner had a system in there before.

Also, and I know this sounds dumb, where is the fuse box located that looks after the electric things like the ACC and BAT I might've blown a fuse.

fuseboxes are in drivers kickpanel and lefthand side of the engine bay. I've personally never worked on a s13 but they have to be pretty similar to my s14 so, is the factory radio harness still attached with the plug. For wiring help you can checkout http://www.installdr.com
