Need some help

I have a 89 240sx hatch with 15x9's in the front and 15x10's in the rear, with -10 offset, is what i was told it was by the previous owner, i want to go with 17's and over fenders, their are just flares in it right now. waht size 17's and offset and over fenders should i go with? and i also want to turbo it (KA24de with 248 cams hot shot header pretty fresh rebuild and mega squirt standalone ECU) is there any kits should i go with or just buy it piece by piece? if you got any input let me know thanks
