Hi guys, I need some help....What happen is my car is making weird noise when I turn the heat on(the one blows to winshied, one in the all the way left side) it is making squeaking noise. But when I turn it off it stops.And same happens once in a while when car decellerates or try to stop. I was trying to open hood and check but it is too loud and feel like my ears become deaf. It seems like one of belt has problem...get rubbed on something....not sure.Same happens to my friend's accord but his case is when car is not fully warmed up it happens and it goes away afterward but mine just happens without warm up or not.
Guys, I really need to fix this problem, if you have any idea, please let me know. It is annoying me like crazy and embrassing same time when ppl stare at me.

your A/C belt is either loose or the compressor has frooze up. When you put your heater in the defrost position[upper vents] the A/C comes on to dehumidify the inside of the car. Check the belt tension on the compressor if its tight then remove the belt and see if it resolves your problem. If the belt was infact already tight Your compressor is most likely shot [ or at least the clutch on the compressor. with the car off try to manually turn the inner part of the compressor pulley it should move fairly easy if not its seized up inside.
Dont know for sure. If you have done at a shop the labor rate varies across the country and the type of shop you go to. If you do it your self you will still need your system evac and recharged. but your R&R cost will only be the compressor it self. You can look it up in the dealer link in my profile.
