Need some help

I was looking through jspec.com and came across a pic of a 240sx with a great looking front lip. I emailed jspec about some info but they came out empty handed and said that it was just a pic that they got from japan so they couldn't tell me what brand of front lip it was. so im turning to the next best thing....NICO. so if any of you guys/girls could help me out her it would be much appreciated.
