ok so i have a few questions b4 i start diging in to my car this weekend, first is about my motor, is there a place i can buy a kit for the rear heater hoses? the hoses that connect directly to the firewall are one of the last things i dont have (btw it's in a 1991 240sx hatchback).

secondly the car was an automatic is now a manual, i know how to swap the pedals and what not but where can i get the lines for the clutch? i have the master and the slave just need the lines to connect em, second question on that is can i use lines from a 240sx that has the stock ka24? or should i just get some highpressure braided cable?

lastly im thinking about opting to get rid of my stock fan and installing radiator fan(s), thoughts on this?? and where should i go to pick one up because i am asuming i will need some type of thermostat relay or something.

car break down so you dont have to go threw my other posts.

The stock fan is known to do a lot better then the electric radiator fans, that is if you are talking about that.
And is this what you are talking about?

you can get clutch hard line from any manual s13. the hoses are relatively simple, a lot easier to install as the motor is getting dropped in. you can get them at a enjuku racing, or ebay. fans are also simple. pull your fan shroud, fan and clutch assy, then put the nuts back on the h2o pump. install new fan(s) with zipties or if you want, build a shroud that covers the back of the rad with a hole same size as fan. you can get a thermostat kit that either puts a probe between radiator fins, or a sensor that goes in the coolant hose.

for the radiator hose get a 90degree hose and connect that to a pipe and run it across

Everyone also already answered everything pretty much - but shrouds are like uber-necessary with electric fans other wise your not going to get it staying cool while idling easy - like if your say stuck in traffic on i95 here in philly for half an hour not moving the motor won't be too happy. But anyway good luck. Also I was going to use my flex-a-lite electric fans but I realized I had my 96 max parts with 2 electric fans and a shroud already so I'm prob just going to bolt that up to my new rad.
