need some help??

ok look i have a ka24de and i just did a swap.. ok well i have a quite akward problem, i have a rattle sound at the back of the motor it doesnt sound like a rod i think if a rod was rattling that loud it would have shot out already.. is there a chance that i could have messed up something putting the transmission on? any input would be nice.. thanks!

it goes away with more throttle.. it doesnt sound like a rod knock.. bc my previous engine threw a rod.. i know the sound.. its a more rattle than a knock

I have been through their once, why? Are you positive that you torqued everything down?

thats where i used to live BIG import scene.. uh i think so but that could cause loud rattle? well ill find out tomm. bc im going to pull the transmission and start it up then ill find out if thats the sound.

Yeah if your flywheel bolt back out or something it can cause all kinds of noises.

ok cool thanks man i was scared s***less bc it started makin all that noise.. i didnt think it was a rod bc the car runs fine and i didnt throw a knock sensor.

Its probably just something that you overlooked and maybe didn't torque down or something like that.
