Need some help

Hey everyone i got a problem. Well i own a 1989 nissan Hardbody. It has the Z24 in it. I took off a sensor it looks like the maf to me. The parts stores cant find it at all. I was just wondering if maybe its called something else or if anyone has one they wanna part with?

I took it off because i was told by several people that it was bad. My truck gets to about 3000 rpms and basically stops i shift gears and it goes right on. I stalls spits and sputters terribly i have checked all the vaccum lines and they appear ok. Im gonna figure out what is wrong with it if it takes me forever. I love this truck. Oh and i have no idea how to put picks on here i've been on awhile but as you can see i dont have many posts

Oh and its a little black box that is on the side of the throttle body. Its held in by three screws. It connects to a 4 prong plug. It looks like the Maf to me but maybe nissan called it something else or it is indeed something else. I really dont know
