need some help

ok I have blitz power meter hooked up to my boost controller but I cant get the power meter to work I followed the directions and pout in the weight and when I go to speed calibrate I stay at a steady 25mph(40km/h) and it says speed calibration error everytime I tried reseting it and everything and it does not seem to work anyone have any clue would could be the problem cause im out of ideas and sorry if this is in the wrong forum didnt know where else to post it if you need my car info its an 89 240 with a blacktop sr20det.
