Everything was going swimingly, until i realized the Speed Sensor was broken. I knew that I would need a 300zx sensor eventually so I bought a 300zx n/a speed sensor on sunday. I recieved it and it is significantly shorter than the one I pulled out of the transmission. So my question is, did I buy the wrong 300zx speed sensor or is something out of place in the line of my transmission (maybe its not a match to the engine idk). Any help would be appreciated. I really want to get this engine in this weekend.
Here is a picture of the speed sensors...300zx on the left and RB25 on the right. Also, should I be able to straight swap the gear to the 300zx or is there more steps to take? I searched around, but the new search is messed up
...all I got was info about which speed sensor to use. And to my knowledge, I purchased the right one...or so I thought.
