alright im sure this similar thing has been covered in other threads, but i havent seen exactly what im looking for. so any help would be greatly appreciated.-RB20det-nismo fpr-walbro 255-full 3in exhaust and down pipe. no cats.-big fmicthe motor is completely stock on stock boost and untuned. it was just swapped into an s13. the problem is that it is running extremely rich. not really noticeable until WOT at or close to full boost. it is causing it to bog down and miss slightly. just put in new plugs so its not that. What i am really wandering is could this just be because the motor is untuned with these mods? If not what could it be. thanks

well i just talked to the guy and he said a boost leak test has been ran and that is not the problem.any more ideas? He keeps saying its probably just because its untuned, but i dont know?

is your fpr set to high...if you have stock injectors and your at stock boost, then I would not think it would be a tuning issue

Like the guy said check fpr or put your stock one back on and see if there is a difference...and check for exhaust leaks before the O2...turbo to manifold...turbo to elbow...

one more thing...how do you know it is running rich...do you have an wide band O2?...if not check your coils...it could be that one of them is shorted and not firing under load...to test this buy an ignition tester from local autoparts store...plug it in to one of ur coils...have someone crank the engine...while you check for spark...do this for every coil...any coil that does not throw a spark is bad...try that

thanks everyone for the advice. no it does not have a wideband on it at the moment. but it has little rumbly backfire popping noises, when revved smells like gas, and bogs at full throttle. i will be checking these things and let yall know if the problem has been fixxed. thanks for the help.
