I am hoping someone has a spare, or would be willing to pull one off a car at a junkyard for me.....

Not a common item in junkyards, at least where I live. One local yard had one for a while, but they sell slightly damaged cars whole and this was such a vehicle. Hit in the nose, not hard, but enought that it would require both fenders, a hood, radiator & support, plus an airbag. Add to that the fact that they wanted $1200 for it, and you can imagine that it sat for a long time. End result....?....they'll never get another one because they'll remember that they couldn't get rid of the one they had. I had the same problem when I was playing with Alfas. There are a few parts on the car that are worth something, and you'll never get rid of all the rest. Once most yards experience that, they don't make the same mistake again.Good luck

If a caliper bolt seizes the resulting heat usually destroys all the caliper piston seals so you end up rebuilding/replacing the unit.

Cheaper to order a few from US dealer.
