Need some help on my SR swap. Auto - 5spd wiring issues.

1990 S13, was an automatic.Redtop SR, going in at the moment.

My question is about the transmission sub-harness. The harness off my ka24e auto transmission obviously won't work on the SR 5-spd transmission. It doesn't have the same sensors. But I have the SR transmission harness. Can I use the sub-harness off the SR transmission with my swap ?

Will I run into some wiring issues with the SR transmission harness at the fuse box ? Maybe some repinning ? What about the actuall sensors ? I know I need to swap out the speed sensor, but what about the other 2 (what are they ?) ? If people swap the other sensors just because of the plugs, then I guess I can keep the SR's sensors with it's own harness, right ?

But the VSS has to be swapped right ? Is it because of Km per hour vs miles per hour ?
