Need some help Ka not starting

First of i did search and found nothing close to my problem, so on that note here it is.

i picked up a mint shell, as in no harness or nuttin. I have a 93 ka that was runnin perfect just body was done. So i took everything out and swapped it over. I took the motor out in perfect running condition and put it in the shell. I took the whole body harness out and stuck it in the new shell. I took the whole under dash harness in stuck it in the new shell. I used all of the parts off my good running ka on the new shell is what i am saying. So now i go to start it and the damn thing only cranks and cranks and cranks.I check no spark, no fuel, no power to maf. So next step i look at ecu and turn car on and no light turns on. I change the ecu several times i have alot, and no power. There is power going to the blue plug that plugs into the ecu, and i opened one and check the pins and power there but no light is turning on, on the ecu. Does and one Have any advise for me please.

Yes i check all grounds several times. and the ecu plug is screwed all the way in.
