NEED SOME HELP/INFO

well i spun a bearing and i want to know what u guys think i should do? my friends gave me these ideas, 1) get the longblock and we will swap it out and built the other block. prob with that is where am i gunna find a good block. 2) go get the motor rebuilt oem style. with just a head gas, and head studs. what should i do i got the money to them. thanks for the help.o and just for kicks my friend wanted me 2 boost 20 psi befor we do the longblock swap if thats what im gunna do. help

If you spun a bearing, you need to make sure you didn't overheat the main cap(s). If you did, you will need a new block altogether because that one is trashed.
