Need some help in VA

Just wondering if theres anyone in the Northern VA area who could help me with my emissions, my registration expired so I need to get this thing passed.

I spoke with my friend not long ago (he has an SR swapped S13) who lives in Richmond. I asked him the same thing and he told me that they don't check smog in VA. I don't know if this is true in all parts of VA, but its what he told me. I'm concerned about the same things, because I'll be moving there soon, and wanting to swap for the SR engine. Most of VA does not have emissions.

Certain counties near DC do though, like Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax.

I live in Arlington (Courthouse area).

It can be a real problem to get a swapped car registered in NoVA.
