Need some help hooking up car!!!

Really appreciate some help...

1) Im trying to smoke out the tail lights and smoke out the top part of the headlights. Anyone know where I can go for that? I am located in orlando, Fl.

2) I want to pick up HID Xenon Kit (5000 K) Anyone can get me a good price. I want them brand new please.

I also wanna know whether i should put a front lip or the whole front kit???

1) Im fairly sure you can get a overlay for your headlights. Search for it

2) HIDS use the search feature tons of people have posted about this.
