damn that sucks, I dont think there is much you can do though. Technically hes not doing anything wrong, he is just using your recipe and selling an item on ebay. Using your picture is wrong and the whole thing is immorally wrong but there are no laws against that.

I had almost bought that same oil line from him 2 months ago and then i seen the sticky {Great Info Here, Please Read First!!!} ... i used the parts list and bought the same line for about $45 shipped...

I've met him at local 240 meets actually. Pretty stupid that he's ripping your idea off and using your picture. As of last summer he had a busted base model s14 with a crappily welded JGS log mani sitting in the back seat. I'm guessing he's actually boosted now? Maybe he's selling these kits in order to pay for his turbo stuff..mwa ha ha, I hope he gets in trouble w/ ebay.

This is luke townsend, I didnt realize there was a patent on the oil line kit. Any of you can sell it on ebay. How the hell am I ripping off, Not every 240 owner is on forums. Its still cheaper then everybody elses and it has a restrictor; something your setup didnt have. I changed the picture sorry i didnt know you would care. Furthermore this diy oil line kit isnt a new thing at all i know id be pissed a little if i was you warped, but the rest of you dont need to make such a big deal. I changed the pic. Thanks for helping us find the guy D Money, much appreciated. Luke, kinda lame of you to come on our forums (which you dont even post on) and use someone else's hard work AND photos to make a few bucks. You're right though, there is no patent and I thank you for your apology. Maybe you oughta just stick to 240sxforums-- or if you want to come here, try contribuiting a little before you start tapping into our resources.
