I was hoping that somebody here would know what is causing my issue.

When going from Vac to Boost under light throttle it will lean out (20 A/F) and then when it gets to about 3-4 psi it runs fine. Also when I am under 2K in any gear and just crusing and trying to keep a constant speed it will lean out to about 17-20 on the wideband. If I upshift to the next gear it is fine. Also on the highway in 5th gear keeping a constant speed it is fine, but going up a hill or with a head wind it will start to lean out with the extra load. I have the GT32 so it spools super fast with the V2 cams and the port job. I just installed new intake gaskets because when I but the motor together there was a end of a tie wrap that got smashed between the two intake halves. Which was causing all kinds of problems of course. I have a Enthalpy tune which Chris has been very helpfull in working with me trying to fix all my issue's. But this issue has stumped us. I have replaced the TPS (adjusted twice), Water temp sensor, O2 sensor when I was trying to fix the last issue before I knew about the tie wrap smashed in the intake. Under boost it runs fine and I am able to get 12psi which is what I am trying to run for now. This is on a new engine with 500 miles on it. Also the engine will not idle proberly by itseld unless I adjust the throttle plate set screw. The idle is really lean which Chris and Scott will also fix once we find out what is causing this issue.

Sorry for the long post but I want to get this to run right.

Check the TPS voltages. I've seen the TPS being slightly out of adjustment cause this before.

Take a look at what your ecu is seeing either by Consult or by multi-meter at the ecu(careful those pins wire are fragile)

I guess you mean check the TPS from the wire that goes into the ECU? I adjusted the TPS so it is .50V at the sensor.
