Need some Help change headlight/fog bulbs

and now the fogs and interior dash illumination. The headlights and side lamps turn on fine.
I should have unplugged the battery but I didn't want to tooo... I felt like something like this would happen.

I used the Salvania silver stars.

Not sure why but I saw a flash of light when I had my multimeter on the Fog light fuse looking for voltage. everything came back on not sure how thou.

Your original post didn't make it clear what your problem was.

Do bear in mind that the SilverStars trade off bulb life for brightness.

Thank you for the reminder Chuck. The problem was: after replacing the headlight and fog light bulbs, the fog lights didn't/would not turn on.

When I turned the ignition key to on/lights on and tested the 15A(i think it was 15A)fuse with my multimeter I saw a bright flash of light and they came on.

So they magically fixed them-self. Maye the fuse was loose?

Any chance you bumped the high beam switch from high to low when the fog lights came on? The fog lights don't
run on high beam.

Chuck, not that I remember.

I saw a flash of light when I used my multimeter to to see if the fog light fuse was getting voltage. It took a few times of me touching
the fuse with my multimeter and after about the 3rd time they came on.
