Need some help buying/prospecting for 370z (new to the forum)

Hey guys! I'm a new member to the forum and just needed some buying guidance from some knowledgeable folks. I'm a med student (soon to be resident) and looking to buy a fun/daily/occasional track day car and the 370z seems like pretty much the perfect choice (± an oil cooler) for my needs.

So, I've found a used 2016 base model in the color I like, with 11xxx miles on it for 20k OTD. However, this car is going to be partially funded by parents as a graduating from med school gift (ridiculous, I know, but I won't complain ). Is 20 OTD a screaming deal for this car, or is it likely that I'll find another one for a similar price? Thanks for your help in advance guys!

Seems cheap for the miles and year. Ive seen plenty of sub 20k cars but they are all earlier models with way more miles.
