Need some help about my 1991 Fairlady twin turbo

Ohkaii so i bought a 1991 nissan fairlady twin turboand i noticed when the car idiols the oil pressure is about 0-1 kg/cm2and when you rev it it goes too maybe 4ish what could be the problem or is this normal ?
