I am no expert but I can point you in the right direction. First off yes it will fit directely in your car. In order to avoid major flaming Search before asking questions that have been covered a million times before in regards to doing the engine swap & also people hate it when you post all in CAPS. In short you will need little nitpicky things such as hoses, clamps, and vaccum lines.

Also wiring changes have to be made to the JDM harness. But all that can be answered with a search.
