Well I’m getting closer to finishing my garage project and have been thinking about my goals. I really just want to have a well rounded car for ounce in my life, and not just something that looks like something off mad max but will outrun the local cobras (my daily driver). I would like to put down at least 450rwhp to be satisfied but not sure what else I’m going to need, so here's what I have

S1 RB25DETGreddy intake manniQ45 throttle bodyQ45 mafGT3582R I .70 a/r E .84 a/r from atp turboxs power front mount 12 by 24 with 4 inch core3 inch Intercooler pipingGM ignitionHKS spark plugsHKS SSQV bov850cc side feedsWalburo 255 ( going to replace with a bosch 044 )Adj. fuel pressure regulatorGreddy Profetc B boost controller and turbo timerApex'i Power FC with commander and datalogicInnovate LC-1 Wideband 3 inch full exhaust n1 muffler

So how much boost am I going to have to run to get me to 450? Also how well do you all think this combination is?

I am open to any and all feedback

oh and i almost forgot i need my harness Carl

and also my maf isent going to be that close to the turbo inlet, just stuck it on there to keep it out of the way

my daily pile of crap but i can say that i get to drive a rb car everyday

1st of all: looks super nice!

2nd: What clutch are you running or planning on using?

As far as suggestion I say a set of nice cams in there might give your car that extra "uphf" if you know what I mean, but its not nessarrary to get to that magic number.

Overall, looks good man.

You will probably have to run over 20 lbs of boost with the GT35 to get 450 to the ground. Plus I hope you have some 10s out back for traction. I really like your ignition setup. I might be copying you in the future.

I had a set of Racing Harts on the rear of one of my old S13's with a 18x9.5 +17 might be able to use as a reference, when i get home I'll get those pics up for ya.

If you plan on racing at all, some sort of drag radial on a spare pair of wheels.

I have 18x9.5s out back with 275/35/18s and have absolutely no problem spinning them from a roll anywhere in 2nd gear. They are pretty sticky pirellis, my winter tires are a 225/something/16 kumho. The spin like nobodies business.

Big power is not nearly as much fun if your not hooking up!

how did you modify it? because the SSAC manifold i got, when i mounted it to the the head, my GT35R hit my valve cover. hell if the VC wasnt there, it would have hit the cam. even the stock turbo hit the valve cover

i cut the flange off the manifold, expanded the inside of the opening. welded supports, then put the flange were i wanted it, welded it on and then reinforced it.

whats up with the internal gate. i know you don't need a external but i'm just curious why you chose that route because the ssac manifold does have external provisions doesn't it? just curious, looks cool overall but that looked out of place.....

I made 467 on 25PSI with a log manifold, tapped for a 38mm wastegate.

I'd still go for that set. You can run two in the rear with decent street tires and then decide on a drag radial for track or late night cruising. But of course you would have to go find another pair for the front.

I just noticed a lot of you guys are in the Triad. I used to live in Kernersville and tear it up down in High Point on N. Main St. Do they still do that?

I need to get with you guys about what's going on RB wise in the Triad to help me decide if I'm going to try and Grey Market the Skyline back there or just take the drivetrain back. Sorry for the thread jack.

DRUM ROLL 7 months like you said no disrespect but dang! My turbo is rotting away! And I get to hear my buddy’s tell me how my car has more miles on it from pushing it than I do from driving it. Oh and the real kicker is their driving their Rb cars because I did their wiring
