need some advice

Just took my car in for inspection and it failed. 1993 240sx hatch

Needs new front radial arm bushingsNeed new bellows boot and maybe a whole powersteering rackNeeds new tie rod endsNeeds new motor mounts

I had been thinking about getting rid of the car since most of the time it just sits in the parking lot. I've driven it a grand total of 1000 miles in the last year. I still love the car but it is not running well, probably needs new injectors, and I'd like to eventually turn it into a track car but I just don't have the money now. Also starting to have some rust issues, I removed the foam spoiler a couple years back but I haven't fixed the holes yet, just put tape over them so it doesn't leak in, but the holes were already starting to rust. Also behind the driver side rear wheel there is some paint bubbling and rust starting up.

Any idea how much this would cost? excluding and including labor?
