Car: 2001 nissan altima

i have a 01 altima and it was running fine but the other day out of nowhere it started missing out or something it is real shaky in idle and while driving, it has a tough time accelerating. i replaced the intake manifold gasket about 30,000 miles ago, and it doesnt really seem like that this time, any suggestions??

might be a vacuum leak. Have you checked all the hoses?
