Need some advice on the M35x

Hey guys so my parents are looking to get a new car. I think it's boiled down to the 2006+ M35x or the 2005+ Audi A6. If someone has another car in mind please feel free to chime in.

Now my parents aren't into modding the car or anything they are both close to 50 now and just looking for a comfortable luxury car. Size doesn't matter too much either as it'll only be the two of them most of time in it. They care more for the AWD I think since sometimes we do get some snow here in NJ.

Now my questions about how the two compare...

Anyone know of 0-60 times for both cars. They are both AWD but I'm assuming the M35x is a little faster. BTW the Audi they are looking for is the V6 version I think making 255hp?

Also how is the certifed used warranty for both car. Is one much better than the other. Which leads to the next questions which is more reliable. This is perhaps the most important to them along with which has better warranty.

Price wise if I'm looking for 2006 for both models it seems very similar I think.

Also can anyone tell me how the AWD system works in the M35x vs. the Audi. I'm assuming here that Audi would win this comparison...maybe not? My parents had an 1999 Jeep and it was a pain to get into 4 low. They had to like put it in "N" and then move another lever from 4 high to 4 low and then move it back into "D" and you couldn't go above like 15 mph or the system would break. I'm hoping the M35x is nothing like this but please inform on how it works are there speed limitations.

So to sum it up...the most important warranty and reliability over how fast the car is. And close behind that is how the AWD works.

I know that some/most might be bias haha but I'm hoping for an honest unbiased answer. Thanks again guys.

Since I'm looking more specifically for the 2006 M35x I'm hoping some actual owners will chime in. Also any major difference between the 2006 to 2008. I know the 2009 got a better engine and new guages.
