Just search everything before you post. Then go to google and search there too. If you still are lost, then post. It's pretty easy

Don't be afraid to post or ask questions you don't know the answer too. Only bad question is the one you didn't ask. Yeah you'll probably get a smart-*** answer from time to time, but take it with a grain of salt. This place is much better than if you were to go to Zilvia and ask that...

any silicone gasket maker will do. I would advoid the copper and rtv, since it smell funny

Honestly, if nobody post up any questions about anything good or bad, newb or technical. This forum would be a ghost town

2.5 for transmission +1.5 for diff. = 4 gear oil bottles. Use the good stuff! Only use GL-4 75-90 for the transmission. Or royal purple makes a GL-5 that won't eat our brass synchronizes.

75-90 unless you are racing then you will need to go higher on the weight. But get Good stuff, Redline, Mobil 1, Royal Purple, etc. I am also a fan of using zmax on every third oil change. That is my preference that i developed after I saw it do wonders in cleaning out old deposits in the head.

I use Royal Purple, all the way around.

In my opinion, that's the best rtv there is.
