Need Site to the ECU manufacture

I have a '90 Nissan 240sx and I have just checked the ECU b/c the diagnostics wasn't working. Turns our the diode was burned out on #36. Any one know where i can find a new diode or the ECU manual for a JECS model number A12-001-B573 ECU?

If your sure it is just a diode and you have the specs for it--get one on E-bay. It would probably be allot easier to source a replacement ECU.
