Well guys the pics are small as they are from my phone but these are pictures of the untouched motor... The things that are kinda weird are that I'm guessing #1 injector never fired because there is no carbon on that cylinder, also the 2 little metal chunks in #1 cyl beat up the spark plug and the piston pretty bad. And as you can see all of the close up pictures of the #1 and #4 Cylinder Head show that the sides are melted really bad (probably where all the metal came from)

I just finished the swap, started it up it starts goign ching-a-ling-a-ling, so i shut it down take my head off, and what you see is what happened. From what I understand the #1 injector didn't fire in japan from looking at the head, since there isn't any carbon on it, causing it to get real hot melting the aluminum head and chunks bouncin around destroying spark plugs and stuff.

As for warranty they want me to send back every accessory, MAF, Ignitor, Coil Packs, Intercooler, Drop Resistor, Harness, and send me my $775 back.. :rolleyes What the **** am I going to do with whatever is left after I try to find all those parts (in good shape) and trying to find a long block thats also in good shape.

Sad that this happened, but unfortunately, you're not the 1st. A good deal isn't always a good deal especially when you're uying from someone who know nothing about the motor. It's an exotic piece of machinery that people are trying to all of a sudden make money of of so late in the game, but rest assure that if you need a good long block, I may be able to help you.

They don't really like to break down perfectly good engine sets. You may come out better by just buying a new head and possibly get some good used piston or even new cp units. The best that can be done for a motor is $750 and they won't begin. disassembly until payment is made

make sure you call venus and remind (harass) them daily until you get your block. They tend to ship things months late. Also, check it over VERY carefully when you get it...they tend to ship sh*tty parts.

I'm not a venus fan

I can't believe you're going to trust the turbo on this thing! I am serious when I say, you're asking for more trouble. I would've just sent the old stuff back to whomever and make them pay.

You can bet if there is metal in the engine, some made its way through the turbo also. At the least it will be out of balance, and this will cause it to fail prematurely.
