well my tires got to0 bald to ride on a daily basis, so put on my stock SE rims w/ proxes. on my Enkies i had some crappy junk yard tires, but they're over w/ now. i'm getting restless, and i'm running out of options. i've gone to all the tire shops in town and no1 has used tires!!! all i want is 205(195)/50(60)/15, but no1 has them. so my desperate as$ was thinkin...has ne1 delt w/ wal mart tires?? lol, i know they gotta be cheap, but can they last long at all? i'm going to buy tires tomorrow b/c i really need to go drifting (i cant take it ne more). if ne1 knows of a cheap as$ tire that wont deplete into nothin after one night, plz let me know what it is, and where i can get it from. it just feels bad to put down real money for a tire i know wont last long. annnnnd if you could let me know ASAP. thanx.

Find a repair shop that changes tires, they have to pay to have them removed anyways and you can find some suprisingly good tires in there.

Christ. quit being such a baby and buy some good tires and shut up.Those tires you're skiping on are the only thing keeping your car in touch with the GROUND. Of all the areas to skimp..that shouldn't be one of them.If you've got to cheap out, get a Falken or Yokohama...they wont break the bank and are good values.

thanx sdtouge. damn chet, why do you gotta pull some **** that makes these forums suck? callin me a baby? you dont even know me. i got toyo poxes all around, but i need tires that wont cost too much to replace often. right now i have a low powere KA so i dont need to have grippy-er tires to recover from a high speed drift. all i wanted was some references, not some BS from you.

ok, had to get that out....i ended up goin to Just Tires and said les schwab will give me a pair of tires for 100 bux, they price match/or better, so they gave them to me for $90. cant think of the brand right now, but they did fine last night. speaking of last night....damn i had fun. for the first time, i monji(sp) drifted for a long as$ time. i got hella sidewayz each time. omg it felt so good. busted out behind a mall hella early this morning, that was so so.

thanx guys for the info. i'll still be shoppin around, so if you got more ideas, post. and i'll check out those 711's. peace

Kumhos are a good for anyone not wanting to spend a lot of $$$. I has a set on my old Honda. They performed great in all weather conditions and lasted long.
