Need seals part confirmation

Hello, need some help with oil seals. Replaced timing belt about 3 days ago and had the great idea of using some crappy a$$ chinese seals for the camshaft/crankshaft seals and now at least 1 of them is leaking badly.

I called the local dealearships but none of them have the oem part 13042-16V00, but I called this other store and they seem to carry some National brand seals. According to the part sticky the part I need is 224052, but they actually have the part 223420, which rockauto.com states should work for the Camshaft Seals on the CA18DE (see following link)

Can use this without issues? AND are the Camshaft seals the same size as the Crankshaft Seal. Would rather replace all 3 and forget about it once everything is redone.
