Need schematic of 2-way Nismo l.s.d.

I recently had a nismo 2-way lsd install in my 89 240sx (sr20det black top)

Here's my problem its making ALOT of noise so I'm having it checked out by pruven performance in C.T. there asking for the schematic/ installation book for the lsd

I never got it back from the guy who installed it and now he closed up shop

If anyone can get me the book/ a copy/ pdf I'd really owe you one

please help

I think I have mine. let me look for it and send me a fax number or email address an I'll try to get it to you. Oh and because it is a 2-way it's going to be very loud and even make the rear end shake around. If it was a 1 or 1.5 way it wouldn't be so bad. Does it only make noise when your turning a low to moderate speeds. Don't worry though it's normal. But if your uncomfortable have it checked.

as for the reason its being checked 1. alot of wheel hop2. fluid is silver (metal in the rear)3. sounds like metal on metal only during left hand turn 4. very noisy during turns with gas pedal down (slow or fast dont matter) no gas pedal no noisethanks in advance adam

The wheel hop will never go away, The noise while turning will probably not go away. I've had mine for about 5 months and it still has not gone away. As for the metal in the gear oil and the and the metal to metal sound is very distubing. It's hard to say what is is because the person that did it did not give you any information. If I would guess with out any info I'd say the tech shimmed it wrong and your gears are misaligned. When I did mine, on the first drive I found a vacant parking lot and I drove in very large to moderat figure eights(NO DRIFTING JUST DRIVING MISS DAISY SLOW) I also drove really slow for about a week to break it in.
