need s14 F3 plug diagram! help!

I'll be swapping an s13 motor into my s14 this weekend everything is pretty much ready and I know everything on the s13 harness side but do not know the colors/wires for the s14 F3 plug that I'll be splicing with my s13 harness. Anyone have a diagram of this or can read wiring diagrams good and help me out?

by the way ive searched and i find a ton of threads that say "search this has been covered a bunch of times" but they're old and most links are dead and i have come up with nothing!

no problem man, i know the hell i went thru when i was doin my s14 swap, i didnt have ANY information, so im tryin to help out other so they dont go thru the same **** as i did
