well heres what I got. I'm working on my s14 project and right now I'm thinking about the sound in this car not being quite up to par, so I bought some speakers an amp and a deck, total spent money is 250 dollars. now thats not a lot and I have no intention of making this car a SHOWY car. just want some room in my damn trunk. I want some pictures of custom audio work in s14 trunks so I can see what others have done. I plan to completely strip all panelling in the trunk and lay out covered wood for the 2 10" subs that I have purchased. I need some extra room in my trunk for misc. stuff such as my sports equipment and books, if anyone can help, please give me your ideas. thanksZepp

P.S. yes I already searched the entire forum for this, and no results as far as I'm concerned.

I always thought taking the 2 bumpouts on the left and right sides(where the jack is on the left side) and fiberglassing small boxes in their place. Would still have a decent trunk and could have a stealthy- stock coolness about it;)

thanks for the insite. I totally agree, I was thinking about putting the speakers at an angle towards the back seats from those 2 locations on either side.

I glasses a 10 into the cavity on the rear passenger side, opposite the jack. Mine turned out bigger than expected, but I still have most of my trunk. Just be careful putting glass into a confined, complexly shaped area...it doesnt like to come out
