I have found the info and thoughts here to be such a great resource.

I just purchased a 2003 M45 30K mi base model, and it is screaming for new rotors and pads. They are worn in ways I never knew could happen. Being as it was driven in New Jersey and Michigan, this really shouldn't come as a surprise though.

I have been looking for a set of cross drilled rotors and really have not had any luck. Does anyone have a suggestion for a high performance front and rear set of rotors?

Thanks

Important to consider that drilled and slotted are mostly a street fashion statement not a performance enhancer.

So many people sell so many low quality [metallurgy] rotors as it is difficult to know when you are getting something even up to oem quality...........whether it is possible to exceed oem quality is open to debate.

Get the Stillen Drilled Brembo from Joe. He had a specail on them last fall.

They are far superior on the front of my G50.

OEM pads only if you are not autocrossing or tearing down mountains. Have the shim kit on hand just in case.
