I have a slightly bent pulley on my powersteering pump, and I'm not sure if I can straighten it.

Anyone have one sitting around they can sell me cheap? Or any ideas on straightening it?

Thanks,Nick

Haha good luck Nick. Ive been trying to find one for months. I called Venus and they want $100 plus $75 for shipping. i told them to go screw themselves. Im thinking about going back into Parkers and taking the one off my KA and making a bracket for it.

Just a thought, if your pully is bent buty the pump is fine, will the pulley from a 240 PS pump work? You can find those easily at junkyards, and all you would need to do is borrow/rent a pulley puller.

The pulley on the 240 pump is larger, on top of that the RB pump looks as if the pulley is not removable..

I think I'm going to just do my best to straighten it and try it.

If the 240 pump fits except for the pulley, and the pulley is not much larger, then you can use it. RB20 revs higher, so KA pump should have larger pulley (by ~ 75/65 ratio) to make it even.

Well I worked with it today and managed to get the pulley pretty darn straight, so I'll try it, if it doesn't work then I'll try swapping in the s14 pump.

Thanks!
