Which car and model year?

Did you check/replace the fuel filter? How about the fuel pressure - 34 PSI with engine running (vacuum on) and 43 PSI with ignition ON but engine OFF (or engine running w/ vacuum disconnected)?

Ensure your battery connections are clean and tight. The battery voltage must be >12.5 VDC. A weak battery can crank the engine but the speed may not be enough for combustion.

I had an issue with this on my car. It turned out to be my 2 crank sensors and my cam senor. The TSB for this issue is to replace all 3 senors. My car would crank but wouldn't turn over, it wanted to, but just wouldn't.
