need quick reply rear camber problems

im about order the upper rear adjustable control arm for my 98 q i just need to make sure its for the 240sx s14. i need to make sure that it will fix my camber problems. tomorrow im puttin 20's on the car and i dont wanna eat up tires like crazy. also were would be the best place to find the control arm I need them fast

I've already tried the SPL ones and they don't work, either model.

Others have said some other brands work, but no proof to date.

I'll talk to SPL tomorrow. If you participate, I think we have 4 firm orders. they wanted ten paid, but I'll see.

If your car is lowered, eiven with the Eibachs, camber will eat the rear tires at 2 degrees negative.

no the car is not lowered just gonna be sitting on 20's

i saw the ruca do they fit

I never have seen the evidence any of those fit.

It seems the spring seat on the shock is much lower than on any 240SX and this is what interferes with those arms.

that sounds nice and all for them spl's but i need somthing fast i was looking at my up control are and it looks like one of thes should fit

Then the best sollution would be to weld in about .25".

But I think the upper links are forged steel.j

yeah i really dont wanna start cutting in to the stock control arms but **** if i have to i will i can tig all if i do it and it works **** i could make some money haahahahhahaha

Brian, were the 2 models you were talking about the 1/2 circle and the full circle?

what is SPL thinking about changing?

Yes. Rotating the inboard mount down by 10°.

If im correct the Z32 has the same suspension as the Q45.

It's similar to the G50, nothing like the F50 or FGY33 front.

Thats what i meant lol i forgot he has a 98 i got a G50.Lol so the s13/s14/z32 ones fit on the g50 right?

I already read the FSM i just didnt know the year i forgot.

Z32 RUCA on the G50 are usually a go. SPL work.

this is what a 97 Q45 on VSC has also is bagged.

-S14 rear upper control arms, still a lot more room for more camber.-S14 rear lower adjustable toe arms.-S13 front adjustable toe arms.

so there's you options good luck.

And once again I am telling you it will not work because of the location of the lower spring seat on the OEM style rear shock.

You were speaking of a "bagged" set up.

guess illl just cut my control arms and half and make them longer by a 1/8 inch or so what would you suggest anyone?????

Wow doesn't matter you can adjust the control are to OEM specs.Or atleast close.Doesn't have to be bagged.
