Need quick help with wiring for 5speed transmission

I've read the tech page how to's to wire up the transmission for my s14 i have the manual ecu and i wanted to know if i need to jump one of those plugs behind the fuse box for the car to start if iam using a manual ecu.... I know theres plugs behind the fuse box but i dont understand what needs to be jumped so the car can start.... I dont have the manual harness for the transmission iam using the automatic one.please help guys thanks
