1) You probably need to preload the springs a little in the front - i.e. turn the collar until they touch the spring, then tighten the collar another 2-3 or more turns. A few turns/preload doesn't hurt anything. This will keep the spring in place & prevent it from popping out of place.
That should fix it, but if it still does that, then you are just sorta SOL - the spring is turning/resetting it's position after you do a full turn or whatever. One way to fix it, if it bothers you that much, is to get Swift thrust sheets or similar - several of our vendors on here can get Swift products. These allow the spring to unwind evenly/smoothly when turning.
2) your bouncing problem could be the spring preload (if any) in the rear, or the collar not being tight enough like the front where the spring is popping "loose", or your damping setting, or you may not have subframe spacers & have worn out subframe bushings, etc, etc, etc, etc.
