I'm bidding on a set of 18" Konig rims for my 2007 G35, but the seller is saying that they will fit a 5x100 or 5X115 spacing... does anyone know if this will fit the lugs on my G or will I get duped for rims I can't use...

Help is appreciated.

I'm not questioning your infinate wisdom, but I also checked with discount tire as they sell this same rim/ size and according to their website, they sell it for my car.... I trust you guys much more than I do a salesman... Any rationalle behind your answer?

Thanks a TON for the quick reply!!!!

From his knowledge of Nissan and Infiniti cars.

Remember that the same wheel may be available in different bolt patterns and hub-bore sizes since the after-market wheels guys are catering to different car mftrs. So, this reply from Adrian is not inconsistent with the Discount Tire answer either - they may have that rim in a size to fit your G35.

The real question is are the wheels hub centric to fit Nissan/Infiniti 66 mm hub center..................otherwise you must buy adapter rings.

Strength, weight, and concentrcity are also more important.

Buy for dynamic performance, not static looks.

Agreed. If buying used wheels, and they were on an Infiniti, in most cases, they should fit the hubs. Offset and interference may be another issue though. You need to get full specs on the wheels; bolt circle/sizes, hub center, wheel offset, rim width, rim flange size, etc. in addition to wheel diameter.

Be careful. you don't want to waste money trying to save it by getting something that you can't use, or won't work correctly.

When you have the complete data on wheels you are interested in, then come back here and ask for advice on them. Guys here can answer your questions if you provide enough information.

to the OP...

you have an Infiniti G35... don't cheap out on some konigs, get some real wheels man. It would probably be a different story if you had like a Hyndai accent or something, but dude... you have a high end luxury car...

I'd prefer oem alloys over some Konigs
