Need pictures of Ka24e Manifolds

Id' like to weld one seeing as I have access to a full on welding and machine shop everyday. Can anyone post some close up pictures of their manifolds they have made or bought. Also would prefer only top mount manifold pictures, if possible. Also what material are most manifolds made out of, thickness of the steel where the mani meets the head, and where the turbine mounts. If I can get a good one done, I wouldn't mind making a few more for cheap as heck, materials + a little something for my effort. Links to pages with people's custom manifolds would be nice also

Ok ive found some good things

Should I buy the flanges or make them?

I have access to a plasma cutter where you draw the design and it follows those lines and cuts them, so accuracy is pretty close. This is what I would use to cut out the flanges probably.





I need a picture of a downpipe/wastegate flange if anyone could help on that.
