I have a 93 X-cab HB that I'd like to add rear speakers to but keep it clean and look oem. I have the rear speaker brackets but can't see where they would go. The brackets came from my local Nissan dealer. Any help as to where they would go or how you added rear speakers?

*I have already pulled my d/s rear jumpseat so I can add a 10" sub/amp bracket later on so I would like to keep these spaces clear*

thanks!

The jump seats are perfect for rear speakers, not the best for a sub. Not enough room for a hard hitting sub. I used the seat area for back components and put a big old box with 2 12's that fills the back area up. That is the reason I wanted a king cab, needed room for the subs LOL. if you do use seat are for a 10 build a fiberglass enclosure for good sealing and tight bass. if you can form it to fit tight it will look real good also.

I pulled the jump seats out of mine and built some sealed boxes out of MDF to house a pair of 6x9s. Then I bought some cheapo carpet floor mats and "upholstered" them. Looks pretty stock and leaves the floor open for stuff to go on.

Thanks for the help fellers! :dblthumb: Here are the part numbers incase someone searches and finds this thread:

I can't remember which one is L and R but these are for the 6 1/2" speakers, I think there is another pair of brackets that house a smaller speaker available. I got these at cost +10% so be prepared to pay $35+ each if you don't have a hook up at the dealer.

I got mine bolted in and have the speakers ordered, cutting the carpet didn't turn out too well but hopefully the speaker grill will cover it. My d/s jumpseat was broke and would not fold down right so I figured it would be a perfect place to add a sub and amp bracket.
