Hey, does anyone have a picture of the OEM S14 4 lug rims on a hatch? I've been thinking about getting a set and would like to see how it would look, if you don't have pictures of it on a hatch then pictures of it would be fine thanks

OEM S14 4 lug wheels are all steelies with hubcaps, but if thats what you were talking about, they look like this:

I beg to differ, the base models had an option for real rims that were 4 lugs, I think they look like AZHitman's rims only in silver instead of black, but if you wish to believe that they didn't come in anything but steelies then continue to do so.

My mistake, after reading your post I remember seeing a wrecked kouki with 4 lug snowflake wheels. I believe these are what you're talking about? If you've run into a set, you should buy them as they'd probably look good on a S13, but not on an S14.

And I don't like the attitude of your post, I was just trying to help.

Sorry about the attitude, in the past people have just written me off as not knowing what i'm talking about or making a bad decision about the car and when you said that they only came in steelies I got annoyed because I saw the same thing happening again. But yeah those are the rims I was talking about. Thanks for the help.

Judging by your location, and to borrow a phrase from South Park, "We don't take kindly to your kind around here". ;-) Can't help you out with your original request, but I figured I'd say hi, as a Hokie to someone who sounds like a Wahoo (judging by your user name and location, heh) . . . gotta get all the VA people together for a drive or something.

Haha, indeed I am a wahoo, my brother is a hokie though graduating this year. He also has a 240 but his is in bad shape....if you ever see it around its a white 1990 hatch with a loud *** exhaust because the engine sounds like its about to explode, just waiting for it to go so when my bro graduates we can make it our project car.

I have seen a stock 1990 white hatch on campus before; most of the time, the one that I've seen is parked in the Lane Stadium lot in the resident section. If your brother is on campus, that's probably his, heh . . . haven't seen too many of them on campus, really. Funny about that though, haha, what a coincidence . . . your family's Thanksgiving Saturday must have been *REALLY* interesting. Go Hokies! ;-)

Hmm he lives near Lane like 5 minutes walking through the woods. My brother and I were both down at Tech for the game.

Is it just me, or does that vert look just like AZHitman's? I could be wrong... just a thought though.

Because, if it is Greg's than I think that his wheels are not the OEM kouki ones... The lip looks too big on those ones to be the kouki ones IMO.

In Canada, the first SEs were 4lugs...I have one and I still have the OEM wheels in my basement. Believe me, they are the ugliest OEM wheels ever made . I'll try to snap a crappy pic tonight with my cellphone (Digital camera died)

...I think that is Greg's car. How many verts are black with no b-pillars on those rims?

Sorry for image quality. I have all for, they are a bit damaged though. The center caps are not shown on the pictures but I'm 90% sure I could find them. I am in Canada though, but if anybody wants them I could get the shipping calculated Friday at work.

Once again I will say this: I don't believe that Greg's wheels are OEM kouki rims... I could be wrong. But if you compare the lips of the grey ones above the picture of Greg's and his car they don't seem to match.

Now personally I think that Greg's wheels are awesome, but I'm not too sure that they in fact are zenki's.

i'm suprised no one has pointed out that the kouki rims came on the G20. they suck just as much as the stock wheels, 15x6 +40

I'm pretty sure Greg's aren't the stock ones painted black...infact I believe they are enkei's. I'm just looking for pictures of those types on a hatch. Cuz I want to get them. I realize they aren't any better than the regular rims but I wanted something different but not too worried about geting 17's because that will come with the big brake upgrade and 5 lug swap.

Actually, there are subtle differences between the g20 wheels and the ones that came on the kouki 180sx/and optional base model kouki s14. The main difference is the center. On the g20 wheels the center bubbles where as on the kouki 180sx and S14 the center is flat. Its kinda hard to explain, but when you get them next to each other you can tell. Also the outter edge or "lip" of the g20 wheels is polished where as on the kouki 180sx and s14 its not. The only reason i know this is because i used to have both wheels.
