need part #'s for '97 auto to manual swap

I'm getting a parts list together to give to my roomates girlfriend, she works at a local body shop and can get me parts at cost, for a '97 240 automatic to 5 speed swap. I know most of you are probably going to tell me to search, but I have and I just want to make sure I have everything. I will be ordering my S14 Sr20 motor within the next couple months and I need to round up the parts for the transmission swap. So heres my list so far, let me know if I'm missing something:

- Clutch pedal and brake pedal with mounting brackets- Master Cylinder- Slave Cylinder- Hard brake line from master cylinder- Rubber brake line to slave cylinder- Upper and lower shift boots- Interior trim around shifter- Driveshaft- Carrier bearing bracket

So does anyone have specific part #'s for these. I know I'm probably missing something and I am not exactly a novice mechanic. I just figured it would be better to buy the parts new rather than trying to find them at junkyards and what not. So help me out guys, if you can and I know you can. thanks in advance.

If you are going to buy them new then I assume you are going to a dealership. They have all the parts numbers on their computer, so you can find them there.

I'm actually getting all of the parts through a body shop, but mostly I was also wondering if I had everything I needed. Are there any additional parts that I need to to the swap?
