Yah I do. They are not that hard to replace. I took mine out to do bushings. Jack up, wheel off, 3 nuts hold the triangle shaped piece on top of the control arm (14mm nuts) and the triagle piece has the studs built into it.
You got to break those nuts free with a breaker bar, or a cheater extension, and also you need to break free the large bolt that goes on the front mount of the bushings. That takes some torque.
The back bushing is easy to remove with a half round clamp that is held with 2 x 22 mm bolts. Another hard break to get loose. Then that is it.
You don't have to pull the ball joint.
Get the large bolts fairly tight but remember that they were hard to take off partly because of rust, so not that tight back in. i just give a good tug on them and use common sense.
The front bushing mount bolt needs to be greased and also you will find it easier to pull the engine tray (plastic) from under the engine to get that one bolt free.
I did them maybe 4 times, no problem. Pretty darn easy other than bolts.
Liquid wrench is a good idea too. 6 nuts to remove. 14, 19 and 22 MM I believe.
Might check you alignment after. Poor mans way with string has got me suprisingly correct.
