I owned a 240 6 years ago when I was 18 but I started with the outside and worked my way in and before I got to the engine compartment I totaled the car.It sucked because I had thousands of dollars in the body kit, hood, fenders, spoiler, paint, wheels and decked out complete fiberglass interior. Since, I have missed the car and regretted never being able to put in the sr I ordered 2 weeks prior. Now I have another 240 I have dedcided to start with the engine and I am going to build the Ka. The car is an auto which I like because you don't loose the time that a manual takes to respool after shifting. I just don't know if the trans can handle the power I plan on pushing to it. Here are my plans with the engine and I would love some constructive criticism!

I have already finished the bottom end:Eagle ESP H beam rodsSupertech pistons est comp ratio 8.5-1Block bored and line honedCrank polished and rotating ***. balancedARP main stud kit

My plans for the top end:Ferrea Oversize valvesBC dual valve springs and titanium retainersBC stage 2 cams ( or should I use stage 3)ARP head studNismo 720cc side feed injectorsPort and polish

I also already have the complete new timing kit.

Turbo Parts:Top mount manifold w/mandrel bent down pipe and mandret 3" exhaustI think the turbo is a t4 not 100% sure (on my friends grand prix the same turbo pushed 24 lbs of boost)Tial (i think) wastegate with 22 lb springIntercooler (front mount)Greddy BOV

I also have a walbro pump (255) on my list.Is there a plug and play ecu for a 240 w/ auto trans

Any more Ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated. my goal is 400 plus RWHP Thanks

For $500 you can get an enthalpy ecu tune which is great.
