if you want to save a few $$ the tein basics are pretty good.
HKS are great but are expensive.
A lot of people opt to just swap to the 350z suspension, but i'd just go with the Tein Basics, the Tein Flex with EDFC, then the HKS...that would be my options if i was willing to spend the money. Its $800, $1500, $2200 respectively for those (on avg). Just depends what you want and what you are willing to spend.
As for the camber kits... most people will do at least the rear when dropping more than 1". It cant hurt to do that. Doing the front is more expensive so it is done less. Rotating tires will help keep tire wear even though so most people just do the rear. Up to 1" you don't really have to. You can keep it very close to spec.
